ENEMY's tutorial walks fresh characters through four steps in this order:
Bike → Bank → Driving School → Phone
A purple route on your map shows where to go next — it stays put even if you set your own map marker. A short notification fires when you complete a step.
Why the order matters
Bike — you spawn with $300 wallet cash and no vehicle. The LSIA rack gives a free first ride to get you into the city.
Bank — opening an account at any Fleeca branch credits a $1,000 signup bonus to your savings. Without this step, the next one is out of reach.
Driving School — the B-class exam costs $500, payable by card or cash. With the wallet stipend + bank bonus you have enough to comfortably pass and still have walking money. Cops will pull you over for driving a real car without a license.
Phone — banking, jobs board, insurance, marketplace, and the social app all live on the phone. The ENEMY Lite is $150 at LS Electronics; the ENEMY OG is $500 for the same apps on nicer hardware. Without one you can't read your fines or pay your bills.
Can I skip ahead?
No — the order is designed around what you can afford. Skipping the bank leaves you unable to pay for the license; skipping the license leaves you unable to drive legally. Just follow the purple route and you'll be set.
